Making A Purchase
By making a purchase you agree to the terms & conditions as specified below:  

Browse our online store at www.decorateyourfeet.co.uk. When you see an item that is of interest click on the thumbnail to get more information. Next to each item there is a description of the product. We have tried our best to ensure that all descriptions are accurate at the time of entering that item into the catalogue.

 When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract of sale yet exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us once goods are dispatched, we have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, or where we are no longer able to supply a particular product due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Remittance Terms
No Goods are despatched until paid for in full.  Orders which have a pending PayPal payments will only be dispatched on clearance through PayPal. 

***Loyalty Points 
By make a purchase your account will automatically have loyalty points added to it, one pound is worth 1 point and each point is worth £0,01p to redeem within Decorateyourfeet, it can be used towards or as full payment for future orders.  You will need to add the amount of loyalty points you wish to use, in the box indicated on ordering.  There is NO cash equivalent or alternative.  If for any reason you loose your login for your account and that account has points remaining we can not replace the loyalty points.  If you require full terms and conditions then please email us for details.

Delivery Schedule
All our products are usually shipped by Royal Mail delivery.  We therefore rely on Royal Mails postal service.   Some services may require the recipient to sign for the parcel. 
We aim to get your order dispatched within 7 days of your order being received. However, please note in busier times this turnaround time may increase - please allow up to 30 days for delivery.  If your order is time critical please email through your order to see if it is possible to make special arrangements.  Please note a signature is required on all Express Delivery & Special Delivery orders.

All claims of non-delivery MUST be made within 40 days of placing your order in order that we can track and trace your items.

Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.  It is your responsibility to ensure that our emails are not directed to a 'junk mail or spam' folder.

Back Orders
If for any reason your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified of the delay if it is going to be over 28 days.  You may cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is included in all prices on our website.  We are not liable for any possible import taxes or duty on goods sent abroad.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using secure 128 bit encryption.  Your Credit Card information is stored on secure Servers hosted by Mals Ecommerce. Your credit card information is kept separate from your personal details and at no time is your credit card information stored on any computer hard drive as plain text.

Guarantee
We guarantee the products are as specified and are fit for the purpose of which they are sold.  We can not be held responsible for difference in colours of items if this is stated in the description of the goods.

Reaching Us
If you need to reach us, please email us in the first instance using the link on the contact us page, we do not take telephone enquiries and will not accomodate visitors to our premises. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 working hours.

Right to Cancel
Under the Distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel our agreement within seven days of the contract beginning (when a payment is charged to your credit card or PayPal account).
You must confirm in writing that you wish to cancel (you can do this via email).If you notify us that you wish to cancel before we have shipped your order, we will refund, in full, any charges made to your credit card or account.  If we have already shipped the order, you should upon receipt of the order return the full order to us. We reserve the right to recover delivery costs where cancellation has happened AFTER we have shipped the product.

The items should be in the same condition which you received them. Items should be complete packs, with original labels, un-opened and unused.

You agree that in the circumstances where you have already taken receipt of the order, you will be liable for all cost of the items until we receive the items returned to us in their original condition. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when returning goods to us. We regret we cannot offer refunds on items that we do not receive back and there is no proof of postage.  You the customer agree to be liable for postage costs for returning items to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund, in full, the amount due upon return to the credit card to which the charge was originally made.

Returns
We want our customers to be happy. If you require to return a product that is not faulty, please return to the address below, ensure you enclose your full name, address, order number and details of if you would like a refund or exchange, if you require an exchange please enclose details of the item you would like in return.
We reserve the right to recover delivery costs and merchant service fees incurred, where returns are not due to a fault in the product.   

We must be notified in writing (by email) and within 7 days of taking delivery if you intend to return any product. After 7 days we will deem that you have accepted the goods after inspecting them.

 Items may be returned if faulty.  For items that are damaged or faulty we will:
1. Offer to replace the item at a cost to ourselves
2. Offer a full refund where the first option is not available.

Returning Items

If returning a non faulty item for exchange or refund he items should be in the same condition which you received them. Items should be complete packs, un-opened and unused.  All labels and/or tags should still be attatched, if items are worn/used or do not have the original tags then we can not offer an exchange or refund,  we will return the goods back to you at your expense.
