ADDING AND REMOVING JIBBITZ AND SHOE-DOODLES: 
We recommend the following installation procedure: All our charms are a one piece design. Simply push them in and out of the desired holes of your shoe. When removing the charm push from the inside of your shoe out rather than pulling from the top. The image below may help with the installation process.
